Refund policy

You may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have not started answering Deep Talk questions and have not sent an invite link. Once you start answering or send a link, the product is considered delivered and is not refundable.

How to request

Email jeeranan.th@outlook.com and tell us the email address you used to pay.

Refunds are returned by the method you paid with

Card — refunded to the same card. Timing depends on your card issuer.

PromptPay — transferred to the PromptPay number you give us. That number is used only for the refund and is deleted afterwards.

If you paid but nothing unlocked

Email jeeranan.th@outlook.com with the address you paid with. We will unlock it, or refund you if you prefer. The 7-day limit does not apply in this case.
